Are You A Customer Service Representative??

Hello Everyone~ Today's thing is customer service representatives. I hate to go hard on you guys, but some of you are very rude. I'm calling to get assistance from you, because you are trained to deal with the issues that I may be having with the company you work for. It just always seems as thought a select few can never help, but hang up and call right back and the new rep, probably in the cubicle next to you has a solution. Why is that??? Did you all have seperate training?? No... let me guess your computers was on the fritz...lol!!! Customer service means just that service to your customer...please help us!!!!
