If your workplace is having a hard time understanding who there key players are, you may have to point it out. If you feel like you are being underminded, you must let it be known. One things for sure in the end it is all about money, and a business will do what they have to do to keep their moneymaker. No matter what they try to feed you, as long as you have the numbers you can get the money.
